Be yourself seems like it would be an incredibly simple task and yet it’s something so many of us struggle with. In many ways, that’s a struggle driven by trying to avoid anxieties. If you spend much of your life avoiding anxiety, you inevitably end up as somebody you know you’re not. And getting back to being yourself involves facing a significant amount of anxiety.
